SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are currently only selling and shipping to residents that reside in Ontario, Canada.
Due to the weight of our product, we do not offer automatic shipping rates that are calculated during checkout. This allows us the ability to discuss shipping methods and confirm cost with you prior to sending you your order.
Local Delivery is available fo residents that reside within a 50km radius of Atwood, Ontario, Canada. Local deliveries apply only to orders over $65.00 and are charged a flat rate $10 delivery fee. We will discuss delivery details with you once we have received your order and payment. If you prefer local delivery, please disclose this to us during checkout process in the customer notes.
Once you have sent us your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. If you have selected “Shipping” as your method of delivery, we will contact you via email to discuss shipment details and cost. Once the cost of shipping has been confirmed by you, we will invoice you separately for the shipping service. After payment has been received by Hoover’s Maple Syrup, your package will be shipped.
All orders submitted by Tuesdays at 11:59AM (noon), will be shipped on the Thursday of that same week. All orders submitted following that time will be shipped the following week.
Please allow for up to 24hrs correspondence time via email from our staff.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept refunds. Exchanges only.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange policy only lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased the item(s) you wish to exchange, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
We will only exchange item(s) if they are not as described on our website. If you received an item and would like to exchange for the same item(s), please send us an email at hooversmaple@gmail.com with a picture of your item(s).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail or bring your product to: 5896 Line 78, Atwood, ON, N0G 1B0.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We ask that you contact us to give us an opportunity to make it right if you experience a problem
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
