HOOVER’S MAPLE ADVENTURE CHALLENGE
Returns in May 2024
Enjoy 1.5 hours of fun and games about how producers used to make maple syrup, followed by a hands-on experience of packaging, bottling and of course, sampling the maple syrup! There will also be a tour of our state-of-the-art facility where you will learn how we make our award-winning, certified organic maple syrup!
FALL IN LOVE WITH MAPLE

We are a certified organic maple syrup operation with 3500 taps, located between Listowel and Atwood, Ontario off Highway 23. Book a FREE guided tour of our maple syrup farm that is taking place for 9 days straight! During these dates, we will be open from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm to provide guided tours of our facility.

The First Weekend in April
Maple Weekend is always the first weekend of April each year! Contact us for details about the different events happening over the weekend and for tour information. Tours are free during Maple Weekend and occur between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. *Contact us for specific timeslots.

TAPPING STARTS…
Around the 23rd of February, we start tapping. However, it really depends on Mother Nature - she calls the shots. We watch the weather carefully so that we are ready to start tapping for the season.
